Ok guys once again we are leaving it all up to you guys to pick what games you want in your league. Discuss your choice if you want

I think that Gears of War should be considered for Toronto, there are plenty of fans for this game and Toronto is such a big city so this game could work. I also think the same could happen with Cod4. It may not have turned out so well at ottawa, but I think that in a city like toronto lots of casual gamers that enjoy CoD4 and even some competitive gamers that take place in ladders would show up.

Your best bet would be to see all the hype you get from people when they hear that PGL is featuring Gears of War or Cod4 so you can base how much effort to put into each game, or to even include a certain game all together.

Obviously Halo 3 and Guitar Hero would be good, SSBB should be put in too... as for CoD and GoW you should make a post saying like "These will be included if X # of gamers sign up"

I'm pretty sure it won't be out by the time toronto hits or it will just have been out for a week.

Obviously Halo 3 and I would say put Guitar Hero 3 as well. I don't think you should just focus on those two games and if there are people who are willing to show up at toronto and asking for the other games then next event it shall be

Well obviously Halo 3. And you should just have 1 or two more games in the circut that you concentrate on if you want tthis torun smoothly.

Halo 3, Guitar Hero, and... Brawl, i guess :P

Gears of War would definetly be a good choice too. Maybe even Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

Before you choose a game though, you should start a poll with every game that has been suggested on it. Set a time until that poll closes, than eliminate the bottom 2 games, and then keep going until you have 1 game that everyone has decided on.

if gears is in, would even half of the people voting for it even play in it? COD4 has a huge fan base, its just the LAN is weird settings. Halo3 and GH3 are a given and the wii's are already owned by PGL arnt they? so SSBB is good

The SSBB competitive play is much more expanded in ontario so if everybody do an effort for advertising i think it would bring even more people then winnipeg.

I'll go for SSBB Halo 3 Gh3 and COD 4 since you guys already have the equipment :P

if there any good cuz my buddie thinks that the fifth COD5 will suck because its by the same people that made the first and third. GoW2 might be bad too (doubt it).

- GoW (Maybe just for Toronto...idno yet)

The others shouldn't even be considered if the past has shown us anything :p

They used Shadowrun in MLG at one point so, yes, it could be done.

Shadowrun will never work. The community is struggling even in the united states where mostly all the players are located. There are people that play shadowrun in Canada, but there are just not enough for it to be worth including as a game.

PGL should stick with h3,gh3 and SSBB because imo they should keep what is treating them well and not tamper with it.

I meant that it would work as a LAN game in general, population wise, no. Those three games are what they should stick with for now.

You guys should just pick 3..maybe 4 games at most, and stick with 'em throughout the circuit.

Halo 3
Gears of War 2(When its out, could use GHIII for the time being)
Rainbow Six Vegas 2(Would be awesome, whole community is VERY competitive)
