1. Is the tournament IN the hotel and do we absolutly have to rent a room to participate?

2. 4v4 is saturday only?

3. If we pay at the door, is it 70$ or 80? ( for ffa 4v4)

4. How much is the room for 1 night ? how many beds?

5. Wich map are we playing for FFA? how does it work top 3 advance?

6. In what order are the gametypes for the 4v4? Is it higher seeded that choose a gametype from all PGL gtypes?

7. At what time does the venue open on friday?

8. What TVs are you guys using?

He is right the info is all on the site, but i'll answer this for you

1. Is the tournament IN the hotel and do we absolutly have to rent a room to participate?

The Travelodge boasts a convention centre of up to 20 000 sq ft so we rented a room in there, you do not need to rent a room at all to come to the event

2. 4v4 is saturday only?

Yes we put the 4v4 on Saturday, we did this to accommodate our players budget so they dont have to spend another night at the hotel and have more time to travel for the event

3. If we pay at the door, is it 70$ or 80? ( for ffa 4v4)

If its your first event you pay full price if its your second, third, fourth, etc. then you can get $10 off the event

4. How much is the room for 1 night ? how many beds?

We had a deal for Pro Gaming League people at the hotel, I think its like $110 or something for us. Depends on whats left for the beds

5. Wich map are we playing for FFA? how does it work top 3 advance?

FFA we were using Guardian, Pit, Construct, Lockdown

6. In what order are the gametypes for the 4v4? Is it higher seeded that choose a gametype from all PGL gtypes?

Seeding is in rules section, it goes Slayer, Objective, Slayer

7. At what time does the venue open on friday?

5pm

8. What TVs are you guys using?

Prive 26" 6ms lag
Westinghouse Monitors with Audio Switcher 22" 2ms Lag

Why is it written FFA hybrid in the v6 gametypes if were not using it?

Slayer Obj Slayer...with the highest seeding team choosing a gtypes from all gtypes? (correct me if im wrong?)

Do we have to reserve the room in advance or will there be enough rooms to just come and get one?

i think gametypes are set but what do i know lol
its always smart to reserve rooms beforehand just in case

whats the 1v1 rules/gametypes/times/maps on sunday. i tried looking couldnt find anything...

hey importedd it will just be slayer up to 15 kills, prolly run the whole thing on maybe 2 maps or something, Guardian for sure with maybe Blackout or lockdown, keepin it small

edit: either guardian or blackout, but not both. good stuff

if you get to the order of the maps does that mean you can pick the two slayers first and then objective?

nope, and you dont get to pick gametypes you get to pick the order they are played....... they are pre selected

I'm seriously considering attending this, if I can get a team set-up. And just to get this straight, it's $50 / person for the 4v4 or $50 / team??

$50 a person, payout is nice, get a lot of gametime in on good equipment....... Remember guys if your having trouble finding a team you can prolly piece one together at the FFA

Yeah, I'm thinking about doing this. I added a bunch of people from the site and if they don't want to, I'll just get some FFA people.
