There is a 4v4, 2v2 as well as a ffa. The ffa determines the seeding of the 4's and 2's.

You can pay at the event when you register. There may be an online registration too, but i'll let someone who knows give you a more complete answer.

4v4 is 50$ and 2v2 is 40$ but you'll get 10$ off since you're signing up for 2 events.
