I was talking to some hardcore halo guy at the gym the other day and he owns halo 3, but he only bought it for the story, has never played online..... he said he also keeps up with the books....... anybody ever read these halo books??

1) Gamers at the gym? You Lie i never see them, we know SReid doesn't workout ever

2) I've heard some stuff about books from people playing online but never looked into it or saw if it was real.

haha ya you got me there. and my friend has read those books but there thicker then the bible. too long and too boring it seems. Jesus i dont want to have to read halo i want to be able to sit back own the Gentalmans club while i chomp on some doritoes. thats the life for me.

Lol are you in grade 6? The first book is only like 200/300 pages long... I read that one just because i wanted to know the story before chief landed on halo, it's actually pretty interesting! I'd suggest reading it if you're one of the few on this forum that might be capable ;) haha jk, definitely not a tough read... you just need a bit of patience to get through some of the boring parts

no im in grade 9 and reading at a grade 7 level lol. nah but i have A.D.D i cant pay enough attention.

i read like on of the books, and it was so crazy how in depth they get with the surroundings

Yeah I bought Contact Harvest, and I mean I really like the story in Halo and all, but I can't help playing the game instead of reading the book. Not a bad book by any means though.

And Riders, if you manage to scrape past Iron and Chilly, then its me and Reid against you and Tums. Soooo GC 2 LB:D

I didnt know you knew how to read!!! I guess now that I know you can you should pick up this book
