My controller is perfect. The vibration on it is on, but it is so light you can barely feel it. It's perfect for halo especially when your playing at a loud venue.

I dont know if u guys feel this way but i find halo has a slight delay between getting shot. and knowing your getting shot. Vibration lets me know im getting shot and I like that. a game like gears I dont use it tho.

I have a Play and Charge kit. I never have a battery pack in cause it feels really light and I just use the cable so it will never die on me. So, I pretty much dont use vibration. Its too "distracting" in the middle of a fire-fight.

off because it's what the cool kids are doing.
And if my controller vibrated one more time I would probably throw it through a wall it's so annoying.
vibration makes me tickles :)
