go to the PGL tournaments. the next one is in Edmonton and after that there hasn't been any announced yet. I think that the online tournaments can get you on there also but i don't know much about that

Q.How do you get on leaderboards

You need to play in the tournaments, the better you do the more points you get. Also points are cumulative so your points from each event you attended get added up. Also at the end of the PGL season the players and teams with the most points will be invited to the finals and play for BIG money.
