I think your mistaken. Your thinking of halo 3... anyone could smash a 2/6 and button mash to the highest lv of competition in that game and its not "Belts" its armor, helmets, ect...

Street fighter has whats called a "Skill Gap" people who have only played the last 2 halos and any current "Competitive FPS" excluding shadow run and CS have only heard rumors of this so called "Skill Gap" in gaming. its normally something very important in deciding what a "competitive" game is but over the last half decade or so that theory has completely gone out the window.

You should rent it, We can both get fucked in a party chat and we can see what you think of this "Skill Gap" people speak of Or you could just stick to h3 :P.

I can't grasp the idea of Street Fighter being more complex then halo..

I have played the demo for it, and yea it seems hard, not complex, that goes for other fighting games that I have played SSB: Brawl, Tekken, Soul Caliber series. In my opinion, it just feels like you have to practice the combos, reacting to opposing moves, muscle memory, and reaction time.

Halo, for arguments sake i'm talking only about MLG just to really narrow it down. Of course there is BRing and Sniping which takes practice to get good at. Then there is decision making, communicating with teammates, etc I can go on.

What do you guys think lol, TNA I'm not trying to beak you but I respectfully disagree on your statement. I think Street Fighter is more random than halo.

SF4 takes like 50X skill then Halo. The only way you can figure that out is to play a pro at SF4 and see how badly they rape.

But yeah immune, its not just memory. Say your getting fire balls thrown at you. and you have to option use your EX or try to jump and get closer to the opp. Very complex game, frame data comes into play. Which punch is faster than the other.
