YOUR job as a PGL "dedicated member"

So ive been reading the forums alot, and its clearly just been making me mad.
Like honestly, why is everyone all bitchy about everything.
Really,
it gets on my nerves that people trash each other and attack on one another about this site.
Everyones all up on Kyle and Keiths jock about how they arent running this league right, and how there's only "one person" ,
Well jesus lets make it the entire community that runs this league then.

No one on this forum really ever makes a good attempt to help PGL in any sort of way or form anymore,
the last really good thing done for PGL by a member was Chelacks lan for Saskatoon in my opinion,
and theres only a few members who make an attempt nowadays for this league to expand.

We all know its hard for keith to do this by himself, so help him.
Hire yourself to the PGL staff and crew and just help out!
Instead of one staff member, make 30 staff members.
Help the guy out!
-spread the word
-call in lan centres demanding local tournies that could be affiliated with PGL
-get teams to come out
-drive from where you live
-make the pot bigger
-donate and bring equipment if needed
-put up posters, post on other sites


I see big talk but no action,
switch it up guys.
You dont need the owners to make our community on their own, they can only do a certain ammount before we have to step in.
The rest is on the community, and we are NOT giving PGL/Canada a good name with how we are acting lately.

give your heads a shake.

I think everyone should focus their energy on developing this league and not pushing it back by discouraging one another from ever coming back to this site.

Uhm, many people who have been dedicated in the past have done this and it went no where. I can give examples. And what's the point of giving ideas for them to build on if they wont listen which is something i know from its past happening

Also try putting an add in the newspaper or those small mini papers at restaurants. Or radio I donno. Just trying to put my two cents in.

Soon as I got back from the shitty turnout of PGL Regina I contacted game stores and internet companies in Winnipeg to help sponsor PGL.
I could of easily made Winnipeg a sick turnout, I know people that have their own radio stations and I live with my brother in law who makes movies/videos so getting a commercial done would of been no problem.

They've dug themselves into a hole which I can't see them getting out of.

ya iv tried lots to help out with PGL and me and cheeky have done lots. truth of the matter is PGL needs financial help. but i like your attitude everyone should try to help it may be able to make some difference.

I was just gonna say, Reid and I have done shit loads (PGL Regina) and after seeing the pot drop soooo much when we finally start winning its just kinda like well whats the point? I mean Reid and I just dont really have the same amount of free time we used to.

Great thread though, itd be sick to see some other members step up and help out. PGL made money off of PGL Regina for the first time ever. Itll take a long time, but more events that leave PGL with cash in their pockets is what they need.

You could still get the word out in Winnepeg for PGL Edmonton... I bet a few people would still drive all this way.

I have just been telling every canadian in mlg playlist online about pgl and so far like 5 people havnt heard of it and like 3 others just heard it was a ghetto mlg so i told them to check out the site
