Unconfirmed, but on this last thread, the one about the review on uncharted, someone on the PGL account reveals Edmonton, Alberta as the next event.
F/A for that
And i was also thinking, I am a halo fanboy, but I also like bits of call of duty here and there.
MW2 for PGL?
(only because they have create a class on LAN)

Yeah, I was thinking that, too. No one really wants to travel from somewhere like Regina or Toronto to come to this event if its snowing. Mainly if they are driving, though

dang son, need an event in the ontario area again. Get some advertisement out for it and you'll be solid. People here already go to a bunch of locals, wegotgame.ca (toronto) pownz (hamilton) etc. The crowd is definitely here.

add street fighter 4 and/or tekken 6 to the lineup and the majority of edmontongamers.com will show.

add SF4 and I can gaurantee at least 40 people in that game alone. We are doing winter ranking battles for that game every 2 weeks and are in the process of growing a tekken scene, well see how that goes

I actually have zero knowledge of these games, but if they will attract more people then I say add them.

If i could play both SF4 & H3 at the event i would be there 100% for sure.

Ryu is played by Bee from Edmonton, Sagat played by Sam from Calgary
Footage of the grand finals singles tourney from Beginning of november. Edmonton and calgary battled in a 5v5 for $1000 after this, edmonton won!
I'm the guy at the start of the video asking for bets lol
Edit: if any of you are from Edmonton check out www.Edmontongamers.com we are starting our second season of street fighter 4 ranking battles this sunday downtown at a lan center. Only 5 bucks to play and youll probably meet a lot of great people

if the pgl staff will consider adding a these games us at edmontongamers.com will certainly help out with equipment and running it.

Yea Edmonton already has some hype, so we need to host their, and not let people down. Supposedly there is a huge SF4 fanbase there, and a lot of gamers in calgary - edmonton area.
As for Chelack and Boorazle, I can see them having help from other pgl members in Winnepeg to set it up. I think reckonize mentioned he had a lot of connections and could work something out in Winnipeg, but PGL didnt bother.
Winnipeg would have a bigger turnout than in Regina or Saskatoon IMO.
