Well, most forums have a "General Disscusion" forum near, or at the top of the forums, but we seem to not have one. Just wondering why not?

There is an Off-Topic Section where you can start general discussions about anything. Other than that most discussions should fall into one of the sections already created. Does that kinda answer your question?

Well, .. There's a General Discussion in both the H3 and GOW section of the forum and then there's an "Off Topic" section.. Which is basically a general discussion because you can post about anything.
