Its less then a week away, and the people under 18 or whatever the age is needs these forms. Am I right? If so, Where can i find them?

probably not up yet or extremely well hidden...everything is left until the last minute.

If you can't get ahold of a Parental Consent Form, in Regina we could just bring a not made by our parents with their signature.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

The form was posted a few hours ago (i just saw it now haha)

It does say 2008 but our lawyer said that it's okay since it's the 2008/09 Season
