Call of Duty 4 LAN support?

How does Call of Duty 4 have no LAN support?

I?ve read on the MLG forums that Call of Duty 4 can?t be added to the Pro Circuit because of no LAN support. I have system linked before, so do they mean you can?t create your own classes in LAN, or what?

They had an event for CoD4 during the 08 season of MLG at Vegas, not sure if you saw that?

Anyways i'm pretty sure that Cod4 will be on the 09 circuit. I've seen some posts and talked to people that say that the games will be played on some kind of closed connection.

No, I didn't happen to see it at Vegas '08, but I'm wondering if thats why they have to run it off a closed connection, becuase you can't create classes on LAN.

yeah they have it on a closed connection so your able to sign on ur xbox live profile so u can have all your guns and perks and all that. Correct me if im wrong.
