How do you register?

Hey guys,
I just saw that the next PGL event was going to be at Montreal and my brother and I are thinking about attending and I have a few questions I'd like to ask. I'm sure there's a FAQ somewhere but I can't seem to find it.

How you sign up? Do you need to buy a team pass online like MLG or do you just show up?
How much does it cost (if anything)?
What are the rules that are used? (it better be strictly MLG, no b.s.)
What do I have to bring besides headphones and a controller?

I actually found the gametypes so thats not a problem anymore.

well were still waiting on the pgl guys to inform us about how to register and other things so the best thing to do now is be patient
