2v2 smash

I suggest that the organisators also start doing 2v2s for smash since it has becomed a standard in the community, maybe lower the entry fee for 1v1 and compensate with 2v2s.

We did have 2v2 at winnipeg but the turn out was rather disappointing.

Well its now part of the comunity it can only be better and i think its a good idea.
