Help me get my 50 in doubles?

I have 2 accounts, I want to get to 50 on one of them, either will do.

My main account has a 46 in doubles, I lost my 47. I preferably want my 50 on this. Its currently a brigadier with about 700~ exp.

My second is also a 46 in doubles, again I lost my 47. This accounts a captain with 120 some exp. I think this one would be easier,
